How we read prices
Every figure comes from the provider’s own public page and carries the date we read it. You can open the same page and compare.
The price
Pricing pages are built from sliders, tabs and country detection, so a plain page download does not show the real figure. We read them in a browser, the way you would, and record the monthly price before VAT at set sizes on the cheapest plan that allows that size.
A bare number can still mislead, so we record the context with it:
- Which plan the price belongs to. The cheapest plan does not always include automation.
- Which billing period it assumes. An annual-billing rate is not comparable with a monthly one, so we mark it.
- The smallest size sold. Some tools start at 1,000 contacts, so a smaller list pays that price.
- Whether it is a list price or a first-year discount.
- How usage is counted, from the provider’s help pages.
We do not convert currencies. A tool billed in dollars is shown in dollars, because a converted figure would rest on an exchange rate that dates faster than the price.
No estimates
If we have no reading at a size, the calculator says “Not read”. We do not draw a line between two readings and call it a price. The gaps close as the reading rounds cover more sizes.
The data location
We read the privacy policy, the data processing agreement and the sub-processor list. For each tool we record the contracting company, its country, what the documents say about where data is stored, and whether US sub-processors are named. If the documents do not say, we write “not stated”.
How often
Prices are read at least every 90 days, and the last round was on 5 November 2026. Data location is read at least every 180 days. The site will not build if a figure passes its limit, or if a location claim has no source.
What we do not do
- We do not use the tools or score them, so there are no star ratings here.
- We do not measure deliverability or support quality.
- We do not copy figures from other comparison sites.
- We do not accept payment for a position in the list. How the site makes money.
