Packs, minimums and per-user prices

A small team rarely pays the headline price per user. 1Password’s Teams Starter Pack and NordPass Teams are sold as 10-user packs, so five people pay for ten. Keeper’s Business Starter is limited to 5 to 10 users. Bitwarden charges per user with no pack. Set your headcount above to see where each one lands.

The billing term matters here more than in the other categories. NordPass prices fall on one-year and two-year terms, and Keeper shows annual billing only. Each row shows which billing the price belongs to.

Where the vault sits

All four providers publish a region choice, but the choice is made at different moments. NordPass Business asks before you start, and its notice says the hashed email address and organisation link stay in the United States whichever region you pick. Bitwarden asks when you create the account, and regions are separate environments, so moving later means a migration. 1Password says data is hosted where the customer chooses, and its price list ties storage to your currency’s region. Keeper lets organisations pick a primary region on AWS.

These providers describe vault contents as encrypted, so location matters most for the account data around the vault. We have not checked any encryption claim ourselves.
