Price by list size

The price list shows only the monthly price on annual billing; the monthly-billing price is not disclosed without an account. Smallest list size 1,000 contacts. Plus costs €49 / €95 / €145 / €189 at 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 contacts, Pro €79 / €149 / €205 / €375. Conditional content appears from the Pro plan on the price list.

What it costs over a year

Twelve times the monthly figure at two sends a month, before VAT. Paid plans billed in dollars are not ranked against euro prices.

The largest step comes between 5,000 and 10,000 contacts: €79 to €149 a month, or €840 more a year. Ranked by price, with free plans included and paid plans in dollars left out, ActiveCampaign is number 6 at 500, number 4 at 1,000, number 5 at 2,500, number 6 at 5,000, number 6 at 10,000 contacts. Moving to ActiveCampaign

How contacts are counted

The rule depends on the account creation date. ActiveCampaign’s own help article gives two answers: on accounts created on or after 3 November 2025, all contacts count toward the limit regardless of status, i.e. unsubscribed, unconfirmed and bounced too; on accounts created on or before 2 November 2025, only active ones.
